For existing owners, the fastest way to book an airport transfer is through your secure Customer Area.
- Log in to the Customer Area.
- Go to Order services and choose Airport transfer.
- Enter the flight details, passenger information and property/complex name.
- Save your booking info and submit your order. We will confirm the booking and note it in your list of orders.
New owners or urgent same-day bookings
If you are not yet set up in the Customer Area or need an urgent same-day transfer, please contact our office by phone or use the Contact form. We will collect the same details and create the booking for you.
You can also use this service for your guests –Please inform them that a driver will meet them at the airport, holding a sign displaying their name
To confirm an airport transfer booking quickly and accurately, we need the following details for each journey:
- Airport and direction – Bodrum or Izmir or other places / arrival or departure
- Flight number – exactly as shown on the ticket.
- Scheduled arrival or departure time – local time in Turkey.
- Lead passenger name and mobile number – ideally with WhatsApp or similar.
- Total number of passengers – including children and infants.
- Approximate luggage – any special items.
- Property or complex name – where available.
- Who is paying – You should pay in cash to the driver.
- Any extras – child seats, additional stops or special access instructions.
Having this information in advance helps us assign the right vehicle, plan the route and ensure a smooth arrival in Akbük for you and your guests.
